Today most of the education institute is using manual system for preparing question paper or they are using word processor like MS Word, spread sheet like MS Excel application to prepare question paper. In this proposed Question Paper Generation System it will run in client server mode and user can add edit question master, prepare question papers, give test and view results.
System will store question bank, user can prepare question paper for any subjects. The eQuestion – Question Paper Generation System is used to overcome the entire problem which they are facing currently, and making complete atomization of manual or semi automatic process of question paper generation system. This project of “QUESTION PAPER GENERATION SYSTEM” of gives us the complete control of question paper and online test process.
Throughout the project the focus has been on presenting information and comments in an easy and intelligible manner. eQuestion - Question Paper Generation System is a very simple, flexible and user-friendly system specially for small and medium size educational institute. eQuestion stores complete records of the subject, question, answers, tests and results.
• Provides complete client server solution, including managing question bank, giving tests, storing of results.
• The eQuestion system can automatically add the marks allocated in each question to determine the total mark for the test.
• Using this feature the questions can be selected from the question Bank, and also the appearance of questions in the random order.
• Additional to the already available questions in the question bank, the system user has the ability to add more questions as per the subject.
• System users also have the ability to modify the user-defined questions and not the already available questions in the question bank.
• Question paper can be saved or print for further use.
• Test result must save and can be retrieving later on.
